Volunteering is a Great Way to Connect

Offering your support through time, talent, and other means is a great way to help the school and your child - and a chance to meet other parents. Here are some ways to learn about volunteer oportunties:

Attend the Open House on August 23, 2010.
Check for updates on this page. We'll update frequently!
Contact your child's assigned homeroom parents
Talk to your child's teacher about helping in the classroom.

Media Center

The Media Center is always in need of some help from a friendly volunteer. If you have a couple hours to lend a helping hand but not sure if you know what to do, don't fret! This opportunity requires no experience. Learn as you go!

PR/Marketing

The PTA is looking for someone to fill our PR/Marketing chair to help maintain this website. This job would also require this person(s) to arrange our PTA newsletter that comes out once every 2 months. Although a background in PR/Marketing is preferable, this website along with our newsletter is very easy to maintain. Everthing is set to a template so it is up to this person(s) to fill in the blanks. This job would be perfect for someone who might not have the time to visit the school, but would be able to work from home. Must be able to meet deadlines and must be able to communicate via e-mail.
